If Miles suddenly disappeared I wouldn't mind Tubbs coming in and running the show.

Could not disagree more. He went through coordinators like tissue, gave up recruiting in his own backyard when Judas took over at Bama, and has made some idiotic coaching decisions in the heat of battle (the squib kick in the '07 game immediately springs to mind). And to top it off, he's just a thoroughly unlikable prick.

fast eddie...i agree. i hope that tubby wont ever coach at LSU.

I do miss seeing Tubby on the sideline, especially after LSU wins.

Cigar game...what a prick.

Well, I'll take an entire library buring to the ground over some cigars smoked on our field.

I think Shug Jordan is far more associated with Auburn football than Tubby but I agree the game has lost a bit of its flare with Tubby missing.

Don't miss that a-hole at all. He was dirty and a punk. I hope he never sets foot in TS again.

Granted, there were times that I hated the ole coot. However, he was pretty dedicated to Auburn while there. Did he make a couple of mistakes? Yeah, but most coaches do, even Saban. That said, the world would not end if something happened to Miles and he stepped in, although that is not real likely.

You could never convince me that he didn't coach that roll block on Dorsey.
