pieces coming together

1. State never stopped recruiting Cam until he signed on the dotted line. Why, if they were seeking money?
2. AU/SEC knew about this from the beginning and still signed and played Cam. Why if they thought Cam and/or his father were trying to get money to play?
3. Stoops stated nothing unusual about his recuitment of Cam at OU.
4. Cecil didn't want his son to be a "rented mule." Why would he refer to his son as a rented mule when talking about their decision for him to not sign with State?
5. Kenny Rogers is a MSU alum. This, in itself, is a NCAA violation if he did have contact with the Newtons and try to get them to sign with State.
6. Mullen didn't want Meyer to let the cat out of the bag per auburnsports.com. Why would he not want Meyer to say anything? hmmm
7. Bonds has given conflicting stories.
8. Auburn maintains their innocence along with Cam's.
9. Newton school cheating allegations come out, shortly thereafter the feds are involved.
10. Now two "recruiters" from MSU suddenly have first-hand knowledge that Cam/Cecil solicited them for money. Why now? Why did they continue to recruit him? Why did they wait until the day after the cheating allegations were released or a week after this hit the media?
When you put the puzzle pieces together, they display the big mug of Mullen...

Only reason it wouldnt, the voters will manipulate it to see that it would not happen, like OSU-Michigan after the 2006 season, when they ended their epic game in Columbus, the country was pretty much certain (save SEC country) that OSU and Michigan were the best two teams. However, the voters purposely moved Florida ahead so Mich didnt have another shot at OSU and the rest was history. The nation will scream LSU had their chance.
True, and it turned out to be an epic beat down. LSU lost by 7 points on the road. I think it's very possible if Auburn and LSU win out; along with an Oregon loss.

Maybe, but the media is pumping LSU right now. I know how they change favorites from week to week. Hell, Iowa ST almost knocked of Nebraska yesterday. I still don't think either could jump LSU if they win out.
No way a one loss Oregon gets close to making the MNC.

Auburn v. LSU for BCS MNC?

First of all, congrats on a big win yesterday. I know there is talk that if things play out certain ways, LSU could make it into the MNC. However, what do you guys think the possibilities of an all SEC MNC are? Say Oregon drops one of their games and Auburn and LSU win out. Does LSU jump Bosie and TCU? I think they easily jump Boise, and could jump TCU. Thoughts?
told you guys and caught hell about it too...

"I find it interesting that the man in the REPLAY booth at the ALA/LSU game was Gen. Dick Burleson..a man that lives in Blount County ALA and often speaks at Bama club meetings for $$$...and also wrote a book called 'You Better Be Right"...which was a quote from his good friend Bear Bryant. Hmmmmmmm not only is Alabama paying Nick Saban and their players...they are also paying officials!"

I am almost 100% sure he doesn't have the SEC clause. I did have the link to his contract. I'll try to find it...

Alabama has always been the best job in the country and why would anyone leave.
Why did Bama have to pay twice the going rate to get a decent coach?
