Shreveport not getting to watch the Saints this Sunday

The local Fox channel here showed an INFOMERCIAL instead of the Giants vs. Saints.

Well at leat we were fortunate enough to watch the Giants vs Saints here in Shreveport on KMSS/FOX but that was probably because the Cowboys were off...

But, folks in S'port need to stop being such freaking bandwagoners, by only bitching about this when the Saints are on a roll. Seems like that's the only time it makes a stink over there, as far as I can tell.

I do not have over 23,000 post and can't bitch all the time like you... I have been a Saints fan since I was a little kid and I am 29 now. I was just letting the ones in Shreveport know that it will not be on Fox

I have DirecTV, Fox is still considered a local channel that is covered my the affiliate here in Shreveport KMSS... and I am not paying for NFL Sunday Ticket if that is what you are referring to.

it just depends how bad you want to watch the saints game. I would get it if I lived outside of south louisiana. You are pretty much forced to go a place like BWW.

Saints fans, such as yourself, should be a little more vocal in demanding the Saints be the number one team there ALWAYS, and they'd possibly do it.
I don't think they're showing Dallas, as the permanent #1 choice, out of spite. There's obviously a demand there. That's lame, and is sort of a separate issue - but not really.

I resent that remark. I am not a bandwagon fan. I always support the Saints...win or lose. I pay to watch the games when they aren't broadcast. I'm sick of y'all thinking that if you don't live in New Orleans you can't be a Saints fan. I always have been and always will be.

I totally agree with you and it sucks. I have emailed KMSS/FOX also and I am hoping they will change it at the last minute. They have done this a few times before in previous years where they say they are going to air the Cowboys over the Saints but change it at the last minute so I can only hope for that this time.

WTF? That's the complete opposite of my point.
My point is, you SHOULD be a fan of the one NFL team located in your state, and the viewing audience (and local TV broadcast) in the area should reflect this.

no offense but thats kind of naive.....we raise hell about it every year, no matter the record. its louder during winning seasons because the bandwagoners join in. follow the money-thats how decisions are made.
