LSU's Ranking If OU beats Texas

Does it seem logical that Texas should drop below LSU considering LSU lost to undefeated #1 and Texas lost to a 2 loss OU team?

Yes, but then again, $C is ahead of LSU and they lost to a team LSU beat. Logic is not something found in the polls.

Yes and you left out another reason. Texas has played NOBODY so far this year! UTEP may literally be the best team they have played until today.

I agree, I have bitched about that all week. I hate USC and they are undeserving of their ranking and it is complete bullshite. I think LSU is still a top 5 team. I hope Texas and USC lose today.

Tulane must be letting their admissions standards slip. Would you be happier if I had said, "the rankings don't matter because...once we get to the SEC CG, and wax Florida, there's a chance we still don't get voted into the NC, so let's kick arse in a New Year's Day bowl.
