What do they do when a player vomits on the field?

LSU O-Linemen were vomiting left and right last Saturday against Georgia. So I was wondering, what do they do to the vomit? Do they take water and dump it on it or just hope it soaks into the ground. I'm sure it does some, but there's gotta be some residue left. I've just never seen how they take care of that. I'd hate to be tackled into it.

I hope the O-Line is better this Saturday. We're going to need them all.

They don't do shite. We got yelled at by the coaches for puking on their field.

The officials make the call. If it's an issue they'll stop the game and have the trainers/grounds maint. clean it up.

Actually that's a serious question since it can like blood....a biohazard.

Generally, they scoop it up and serve it to the next visiting team.

Some kid on my team threw up in a scrimmage earlier this year, and we just played right threw it. Luckily, I managed to avoid it.

Probably deal with it like an ant hill. Know where it is...and don't put the ball on that hash mark.

They call ESPN to make a call against LSU in favor of the opposition.

HS fields whether in Lake Charles/Alexandria or here in Huntsville, AL all have anthills...except the synthetic ones.

If we had a dog to run out and snag the kickoff tee, we could send him out there to lap it up.
