Hey, he asked for my ideas. I gave them. But I see your point that Les may screw it up.

Yes but our defense was PATHETIC. And as a result Lee was forced to make big time experienced QB type throws. And more often than not he did. His stats were actually very good. Yes I know he threw some INT's. But he also threw for a lot of yardage. He also led the biggest 4th quarter comeback in LSU history. And if not hurt in the Ole Miss game would own every single freshman qb passing record at LSU.

Hmmmmmmm. We had the best running game in the SEC and Lee consistently threw it to the other team.

Lee had a pretty damn good Oline in front of him, at least compared to this years

Our offensive woes are primarily the fault of a very, very weak interior line.
Also, 1 really bad head coach trying to play Offensive coordinator...Bad bad bad....

They were better last year. But I think the ridiculous play calling has hurt Jeff more than the offensive line. If they commit to the spread similar to what Jeff played in HS, I think he'll be more successful.

I'm by no means saying that they have done a good job helping Jeff succeed.

Not really. Bring this post up when Jefferson is nowhere to be found and Tennessee's in the top 10.

Why don't you just shut up and go back to your mountain gump board. Nobody here gives a crap what you think.

I'm not gonna argue with that, and I think that Lee is still a good player.

Have we thrown a RB screen pass this year? (not counting the middle screen to Scott)

Now compare those to the freshman stats of last year's first pick in the NFL draft.

we threw one to keiland on our own 10 yard line on 3rd and long. it was a very poor call, and just as poorly executed

edit: against ULL

i hate when people use that argument - it has no relevance to the argument

Louie, what made Nebraska's offense so successful against ULL?

It's completely relevant to the the development of a qb. The Stafford situation proves the case for experience.
