Hey y'all! Perhaps someone can help me.. Due to some finacial issues, I can't get to a game this year. I was looking to make some nachos here for the games on TV. Can anyone clue me in as to what kind of cheese sauce they use? I have tried a few here and they are not the same...

Thanks!

go to Sams and get the biggest most cheap canned nacho cheese sauce you see, then buy the biggest most cheap bag of corn chips open the bag and let sit in the hot air for around 3 hours to get the full stale taste and you should be ready to go

And you need those plastic things that'll only let you put a small amount of cheese inside!

And get someone around the house to be the douchebag that slams into you when you have the nachos about chest high and that shite ends up on your dry cleaned polo. That's authenticity.

Look for a can of glop that is labeled "artificial day-glo cheese food", buy the cheapest generic tortilla chips you can find, open the bags, leave them outside for a couple of days, serve in a paper tray and top with mild jalapeno slices.

My wife has to have these things every time we go to a game, I can't understand the attraction.

You should have listened to me, not NickyT, Sam's cheese food is much to fine a product to make TS nachos. You have to go to Unclaimed Freight and buy a pallet of 480 cans for $10 from Bolivia, I saw Skip there one morning stocking up.

Of course you have to spit in it a few times. I saw a "young" guy spit in the jalapeno plastic jar last year as he was walking by.

If you think that drunk students/ opposing fans don't spit in those things, you're fooling yourself.

Enjoy!

I might be able to shed some light on your problem here, at a cost to alot of future Tiger Stadium concessions.

Before the season I had the chance to tour Tiger Stadium for a project we were doing. As we got to the upper reaches I notice stacked up on a table outside on the concourse was the white turkey roasters the keep the cheese warm in. A closer inspection confirmed my initial thoughts, the roasters were full of bird shite. Not just a little I mean a half inch deep solid bird shite.

I hope this answers your question

The nachos at Ole Piss with the pulled pork are some of the best stadium nachos I've ever had.

That's the right cheese but you aren't leaving it in that crockpot cheese heater for consecutive weeks.....you have to leave it in there and every saturday heat it nominally, then cool it for 6 days, heat it, cool it.

It will then be Tiger Stadium cheese after about 6 weeks.

And most importantly, you also have to be drunk-starving when you eat it.

Well just a little would only be adding color like kitchen bouquet. It has to be a least a half inch deep to get the real flavor as well as color. It's like a roux.

Personally I'd rather eat a booger than stadium nachos.
