i have been for the spawn twice...last trip (2008) i caught a 9 pounder, but she was in the slot. it is a blast sight fishing...alot different than the water we have around here for sure.

redfish. on the half shell. lemon, butter, salt and pepper.
the mild/spicy tenders vary by franchise. for some reason i rather the mild tenders, not sure why i love spicy foods and prefer their chicken spicy.

chef KDs fish fry is excellent. Soak fish in ice water, then batter. simple and great.
