certain things should remain pure and loyal: university football is one of those things. LSU has had the same uniforms for decades, and they are timeless and sacred.
I can see a tweak to the font on the helmet or an update to the tiger head to match LSU's official logo, but I wouldn't initiate such a change.

Additionally, not once in the history of this team have the players worn black, likely because it's NOT EVEN AN OFFICIAL COLOR.
