ESPNU on Comast?

I know some people who have it but from what I know, we dont have it on Comcast in Shreveport/

It is on comcast in Shreveport, but I believe you have to get the sports package.

idk if comcast shreveport is the same as comcast jackson but here its on 744 and you just have to have digital preferred not the spots package

396 in HD in West Monroe. 744 in standard. Went to a friend's in Shreveport a month ago and the channels were the same so if you have it, it's on these channels.

it is on in shreveport you have to subscribe to the sports package for about 7 bucks a month.

I just got it today and they said after the game I can cancel it and only pay the one day prorated portion of the $9 premium package fee they charge...pretty good deal IMO.

I have it on channel 744 here in shreveport & I didn't subscribe to a sports package.

I just moved from Shreveport and as long as you have digital preferred package you have ESPNU on channel 744 (NO sports package required). FWIW I moved to West Monroe and Comcast here has ESPNU HD on channel 396 which is awesome. JJ27 said channels were the same and that is true for SD but not the HD channel.

Comcast here in Northern Cal doesn't carry it either. Unacceptable. Good thing I am switching to dish soon.

Does anyone in Atlanta know if its available on the Comcast standard hi Def box (without a sports pkg)??

i got it. it wasnt showing up on my channels even though i have sports pak. called and got it fixed!!

I just posted the wrong number. It's 396. Not sure where I got 694 from this morning. I fixed it in my OG post.
