I agree, for now. If he can't develop an ability to stretch the ball downfield due to his accuracy, holding on to the ball, or dizzy dean windup----then it's someone else's turn. Be that Lee, Shepard, or Garrett.

I disagree.... if our QB can't complete 86.5% of his passes I say cut him loose.

No way. It's JJ's job. I really like the kid. People seem to be forgetting he's making his 4th start only. He's got playmaking ability. I think he's very good and short to medium routes. But yes, he needs work on the long ball.

How can you say that it's his job regardless of performance? That's stupid.
I like the kid too, but he has to develop a quicker release, better accuracy, and ability to stretch the field for us to win.

As long as he can actually run with the football instead of standing there in quicksand like Lee he's the QB. Also, not giving the ball away to the other team always helps.
