I'm not looking at the play right now, but I recall that was simply a corner-blitz that Jefferson and Toliver recognized. Toliver cut off his route and Jefferson hit him before the safety could get there. The safety then missed the tackle. Don't see that it had anything to do with a fake hand-off. That corner wasn't reacting to any fake.

Watch it again, the play had HOliday lined up next to JJ on the same side as Toliver. at the snap he cut in front of JJ as if he was going to take a handoff. Then JJ winged it out to TOliver.
