Hey guys,

Ive seen several of my images from practices over here and thought you may enjoy these. I'm currently shooting LSU athletics for Sonny Shipp at Tigersportsdigest.

Throughout the season I'll be adding photo galleries from all games, except Washington on Sonny's site, not sure if they'll be free or not, but I'll also be adding images to my personal photography blog.

I also have images from Major League Baseball and the PGA Tour.

To the ADMINS here: I apologize in advance if this is not permitted and please accept my apologies, I meant no harm. My blog is free with no advertising and it's not "LSU specific".

Depending the final ruling from the SEC you won't be able to post photo galleries on Web sites any longer. That's one of the contentions newspapers and Internet sites have with the SEC's new rules governing the media.

atlee,

last I've heard is that AP and Gannett both refused to sign the contract and it appears as though the SEC may be relenting a bit.

This one is pure accident as Charles Scott has obviously scored a touchdown, nothing spectacular. Jordan Jefferson is celebrating in the background and again, nothing spectacular. However, what makes the shot is the image of LSU fullback, Quinn Johnson hovering over the Georgia Tech player. Football is a brutal game.

Awesome

the main camera body i use, Nikon D700, has a feature called multiple exposure. The pic of Nic Wattigny was my first time trying it.

I have a much better pic, at least in my opinion, of Matty Ott in the Baseball 09 section.

Guys feel free to use them for sigs or wallpapers or whatever.

I'm posting basketball pics later today and I'll gladly bring football pics from this season as long as the admins here don't mind.

Do the Canon's really not have multiple exposures? I used to have a 35mm Rebel and it had multiple exposures but now that you mention it, I haven't seen the feature on the newer digital models.

ALso, you mention the high ISO of the Nikon's, how high do they go? I know the Canon 50D goes up to 3200.

Last question, how'd you get into sports photography? I've been wanting to but don't know how to get my foot in the door. I shoot weddings/portrait work right now and have been doing a little nature photography as well.
