Rumors have it that Nog has been getting KOed like its going out of style in this training camp.

Yeah I will not be watching this one live.

Looking at betting, I think Marquardt @ -160 is the best bet. Maia needs to be on the ground and nowhere else and I don't think he will be able to even bring it there. Marquardt keeps it standing and wins this one.

where have you read this?

from the little footage I have seen he appears a little leaner and his face doesn't look quite as bad as it used to. maybe i am wrong though.

with that said you can only take so many hits and he has had his fair share not to mention he trains with some damn good standup guys

Just one week out from his UFC 102 main event match-up with “Hall of Famer” Randy Couture, rumour has it the Brazilian has suffered a number of knockouts in training, adding weight to the claim that his best years may be behind him.

According to BloodyElbow.com, Nogueira has been repeatedly knockout during sparring sessions both in Brazil and at Freddie Roach’s Wild Card Boxing Club in Los Angeles. This of course follows the Brazilian’s first ever knockout loss of his career back at UFC 92 in December against Frank Mir.

If true this will heap the pressure on the veteran ground fighter ahead of one of the toughest fights of his career. Although Couture is not known for his knockout power, his boxing has seriously improved of late and will pose a major threat on the night.

from mma bay ik but they have been getting better/true/official lately with their stories.

bloodyelbow.com Is Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira's UFC 102 Training Camp for Randy Couture Really Going*Well? - Bloody Elbow

At the press conference call Nogueira emphasized that he is feeling the best he has in years:

"I'm 33 years old, and I have a lot to do in my career still," Nogueira said. "At least, I've got to fight a couple of more years.

"I know I'm still young and feel healthy. I still feel when I fight I'm very competitive. ... I'm in the best shape since 2005. I feel very good, and I did not feel like (that) in the last four years."

But rumors are swirling that his camp hasn't gone well and that he has been knocked out repeatedly in sparring sessions, a far cry from the iron-chinned Minotauro of old.

This almost feels as if big Nog is getting fed to Randy. I know Nog has the awesome Resume, but I really don't see how he wins this fight. Fight might go 5 rounds IMO, if Nog doesn't get KO'd at some point since he apparently has passed the concussion point in his career.

ETA: If Randy wins this fight, I could really see a big push at him going to Light Heavy in the future.

What do you know about this Todd Duffee guy? He's 6'3" 260 and ripped!! He just knocked out Assuerio Silva, which I know that's not saying much but he's not a nobody either.

If he is that cut and weighs 260, he must be a big mofo. I think he is the one on the right

Etm, you laying down any money on this?

Favorites are Jardine, Soszynski, and Marquardt. There is going to be some money won with those names being favorites.

Big bet on Couture at -175 and also have Marquardt at -160 right now. The only dog that I would bet would be Rosholt but he is only +120 right now.

Anybody know anything on this Tuscherer guy who is fighting Gonzaga? He is one of Lesnar's training partners.
