My friend wants me to go with him to Texas de Brazil, so I guess I'm eating there tonight.

Someone else told me it's a giant meat place--I don't eat red meat. Is there going to be anything for me to eat there? Do you HAVE to do the all you can eat or can I order, like, bread or something?

If you don't eat red meat it is really not worth it for you to go there. They have a salad bar that has about 100 items on it, but its not really worth it for 20bucks plus your drinks.

Thanks, I'm going to ask him if we can drive-thru for me then. I guess I'll sit with him and drink.

salad bar is pretty impressive, lobster bisque, marinated asparagus, etc etc, but not sure how much it cost

Well we went, thanks for the advice, he saved about $20 because I told them I didn't want any meat. I still enjoyed the meal. Way too full tho. Their dessert was TDF.

Just said up front that I wasn't going to eat any meat. Then I didn't. :)

So what did you eat? Especially what made you satisfied with your experience?

let's see....I had the salad bar, the wine, and the chocolate dessert. Oh, and the little cheese rolls. I don't eat whole lot, but I felt so stuffed I was hurting. The salad bar had shrimp and smoked salmon and a bunch of other stuff on it.

The dessert was especially TDF.

I also have to say, the service was awesome. We turned over the little circle thing and within 10 seconds, someone was at the table.
