Seigen Lane is an anagram for "el angines", Spanish for food that give one a heart attack.

I think one reason might be the Spanish grocery store off Siegen.

There's a small Mexican strip mall on Siegen, where every business is Latin-owned and Spanish-speaking. DVD place, gift shop, taqueria, grocery store, hair salon, bakery, attorney, I.D. shop.

I.D. Shop?
Add that to businesses I never knew there was a need for. Scrapbook shops, The String Store, now a place for people to find themselves, an I.D. shop.
