Actually I believe Siegen is a town in Germany, but I hear ya. I think one reason might be the Spanish grocery store off Siegen.

There's a small Mexican strip mall on Siegen, where every business is Latin-owned and Spanish-speaking. DVD place, gift shop, taqueria, grocery store, hair salon, bakery, attorney, I.D. shop.
