Rushing and Receiving his last and best 5 years of his career. That is what Reggie should be aimed for IMO. And IMO, he can do it, and maybe top that shite!

Compare the start of Tiki's career to the start of Reggie's career. No comparison: Reggie blows him away. Same sort of back with the same sort of learning curve, so watch out for what Reggie does this year. BTW, year four of Tiki was 1,725 yards from scrimmage, 9 tds, and over 1,000 yards on the ground. Just sayin'.

Tiki didn't help NY G-Men win a Super Bowl. So let Reggie do work!

Bush bought a long run to the house today in practice, seems to be having a pretty good camp

two completely different backs and Reggie will never get as many carries as Tiki

After three seasons, Tiki had a grand total of 250 carries. Bush has amassed 418. So, at comparable times of their careers, Bush has more carries.

Rushing and Receiving his last and best 5 years of his career.

He also averaged over 300 rushing attempts per season those 5 years and 50 recepetions.

I'll be surprised if Reggie ever stays healthy enough to log those types of #'s

Reggie will have a lot more receiving yards and will have less rushing numbers, but balanced out... he could/should be right there at about 2k total.

I bet he can do it at some point, but if i were him id focus on staying healthy first and going for a lower goal. Then he can build his way up to that.

not at all. Bush hasn't put up 2000+ yard numbers despite all the opportunity in the world. Barber wasn't the primary ball carrier until year 4. As soon as he received enough carries/touches he produced. Going to into year 4 Bush has already had the touches and hasn't produced, and he is also much more banged up and injury prone than Barber going into year 4. Also, Bush enters year 4 of his career with Pierre thomas being viewed as a guy that may get more rushing attempts than Bush.

Reallty not in a similar situation, or learning curve, at all.

I think Reggie should just focus on getting as good as Chris Johnson first.

tiki barber was a pure running back with limited receiver abilities..... reggie is the exact opposite.

tiki barber was one of the past catching backs in the NFL when he played. Routinely made 50-80 catches each year.

So averaging 59 catches per year for 10 years is considered "limited receiver abilities."?
