Why would they?

So now JL is a dual threat QB? I'm not a JL hater, but seriously, does anyone believe this?

Thats why I said it was a myth that he couldnt improve in that area, and actually perform better than JJ in the non-passing part of the game.

I think that most rational fans realize that JL will be needed this season. I don't see any of the freshmen moving ahead of him on the depth chart.

Jefferson being a "dual threat" is another myth that needs to bite the dust. He has been listed as a pro-style since he was in high school.

There's two "myths" at work here that need to be busted.

I am just going to say this and let it be. You mention every looks good in practice, then why do so many people refer to spring game? When it actually is a glorified practice?

Are you really basing this off one practice?

Look, JL is, in no way, a threat to run the ball.

Can he toss the ball well...I guess so, but I don't think the precludes him to running a better option than JJ.

I wasnt there, but I have to assume there was some running on JL's part if he
quote:

actually delivered the ball and carried out the fakes better than Jefferson.

to carry out the fakes he would have to pull the ball out, no? The defense also didn't buy that he would run, and possibly got burned?

So was Eric Crouch. Would you put he and Jefferson in the same category?

Holy Christ...

He's wearing a green jersey and running plays against our D.

They KNOW he's not going to run, and if he does they're not going to even come close to touching him.

what defense do you think was on the field for the first 15 minutes of practice 1? Hint: probably none

Thank you for being honest about how you rate players.

I disagree, but at least you're honest.

Players are usually classified by their primary skillsets. Not their race.

Hatch was more of a dual-threat than Jefferson.

Some "myth", huh.

for some reason these reporters just heart J Lee. Who was it in spring saying how awesome he was every day in practice?
