So many good ones to choose from. The shrimp burger at masons, meatball poboy at pocorello's, cheesesteak at SoP, muff at anthonys

then I forgot about the calamari poboy at chelsea's. Awesome sandwich as well.

What's your favorite?

If you have a sandwich thread, you should exclude burgers and po-boys, IMO. Plus there are always a few "best po-boy in BR" threads.

Burgers and Poboys are a type of sandwich, so I think they should be included.

Jeez, the thread wasn't 10 posts long and a procedural battle broke out on posting rules.

My favorite is a little known sandwich from Pocorello's, the hoagie.

"A Pittsburgh, PA specialty: seasoned olive oil, light smoked ham, Capicolla, Genoa salami, Provolone cheese, chopped onions, lettuce and tomato."

It is different than almost anything else in BR and the quality of the ingredients Pokey uses makes a big difference.

While I usually don't order chicken sandwiches in restaurants, the chicken club at Dingo's is really good. Chicken breast is huge, bacon is thick, and I add avacados to mine. Mainly because I think avacados make everything better

Torta de barbacoa at La Tiendita, IMO.

Best Latin sandwich in Louisiana is the Medianoche Cuban Sandwich at Cuban American Restaurant in Kenner. The medianoche isn't on the menu, but they'll make it if you ask.
