LSU is out of the race in Dec. I say F#*k No ,we dont want them to get another trophy, this one time I dont pull for the SEC in January,we need to show were the most dominant program of this decade with one more trophy and flag.Thats gonna happen next year. U.T get there second this year and we get our third next year..TJ in Austin

I think at that point, the only team I could pull for them to beat would be USC.

If UF is playing in a BCS bowl game or NC against someone outside of the SEC I pull for UF. Same with any other SEC school other than Ole Miss. Thats what makes this conference special. Our loyalty to our conference and to each other is only trumped by our loyalty to ourselves.

To be completely honest with you, all Georgia has to do is win that game against Florida and they are going to Atlanta. I don't see how thats a stretch really..it is college football.

Agreed.

Us first, SEC second (although I did get tickled watching the Sugar Bowl last year)

And after that....meh.

If I'm not pulling for LSU, I'm pulling for Florida.

They're the school in the SEC that's most like us, anyhow.

They have rabid fans, good coaches, outstanding athletes, highly competitive in every sport, and know how to win.

I respect Florida, unlike some of our other SEC brothers who seem obsessed with either a) the past or b) cheating or c) both.

I like Florida because they kick arse like we do.

I hate Bama more than any other SEC team (save ole miss) so even though I was grudgingly pulling for them, it felt good to seem them lose to the mormons.

+1. And they're the one team in the SEC that generally pulls for us when we're in that spot.

Disagree with this.It reeks of sour grapes.

I have respect for them, and if they get past us in the SEC championship, I will pull hard for them.

My dad lives in Nebraska and has been a Husker fan for many many years. He constantly gives me crap about how the Big 12 should be passing up the SEC this year.

All I have to say is that the SEC hosts the last three BCS National Champs. I would like to continue to be able to use this argument. And while I hate Tebow with a passion as an arrogant prick and believe that in fact, it is Georgia who is the most like LSU, I would pull for them over an outsider.
