Anyone else see Nolan Cain tearing it up in minors?

He had a solid career at LSU, wonder why no one decided to draft him late.

i liked him while he was here, he was relly impressive against Tennessee, he pitched like 6 innings and didnt give up a run

Good numbers, even if it is only Rookie ball. Hopefully he gets a call up before long.

I am not one to try and throw people under the bus, but this statement is pretty questionable.
Nonetheless, it is good to see him performing well and I wish all former Tigers the best.

if he would have shown these signs of a legitimate pitcher earlier last season, he could have been our #3 starter.

What's so questionable about it? He was pretty solid minus his freshman season.

Both Nolan and Furbush are on the Lakeland team. Have thought about going over there. Will have to see if I can find out when they might pitch. Furbush is a starter. Cain has pitched in relief.

les, people forget this guy consistently got shelled for most of his career. the only want to remember the SEC tourny and the CWS. I'd take ZVR as a HS SR over Cain as a SR
