yep he should not be in charge, he should be under someone who can lead and then he can give advice.
I still laughed at the episode where they were in the boat trying to drop the line to mess up the propellers and they dropped it way to early. Almost like a Looney Toons cartoon.

The captain is a complete jackass, it is hilarious how he bitches everyone around and nobody stands up against him.
