Very Good for Southern. At first I thought it was a new baseball stadium but then I read the article.

I have been on the project since day 1 and have seen the current facilities. This is a 10,000% improvement. How they were able to win it all in '03 amazes me. Shows what you can do with the bare minimum. Geaux Jags!

Go ask Roger Cador what he thinks about that versus what he is getting.

I was appalled to find out earlier this baseball season that Roger's kids don't even have a place of their own to dress out, that they have to use the facilities at F.G Clark.

I heard Roger say that given the proper funding, he could bring his program to the next level. My reaction to that was, hell, you've done a pretty good job of it with inadequate funding, so far.

NICE!

EDIT: Maybe if they can generate more revenue from this, they can help out Cador.

Southern needs to get it's house in order.
They've been their own worst enemy, the politics and infighting is killing the university.

I am pretty certain that SU does not even have the funding to give its full allotment of baseball schollie's away.

True. Boosters make up the difference. They also have no locker room facilities at the field and no dedicated pitching coach. It's amazing what Cador has done there with the lack of support.

Plus he is awesome on the radio and TV. He should have a ton of endorsments around BR.
