What does the OT think of the food and what kind of money do you think the waiters make there? I've heard everything is legit from top to bottom.

eta: wait staff? above average. it's high end. if you get 15% on every meal (i would hope more) you will do well.

absolutely horrible management. a reservation does not actually reserve you a table...and they wonder why people get upset

sullivan's is outstanding .. really good steaks and sides ... on the weekends, ringside is the shite too ..

Possibly the most overpriced and overrated steakhouse I have ever stepped foot in.. They Charge USDA Prime prices for USDA Choice steaks and the waitresses are a bunch of dumb blondes that dont know the first thing about serving anyone. Honestly if I wanted decent service and a simular quality steak I would go to Texas Roadhouse. If I wanted what they claim to offer I would choose from Ruths, Flemmings or Little Village in BR and Mr Johns or Dickie Brennans or La Boca in NOLA.
I will say one good thing though.. Ringside is a good place with great specials on Thursday nights.

I used to know a couple people that worked there way back in the day before Fleming's was even here. They made good money, but not the money the were hoping for...the sections were too small, and the tables, despite big checks, turn too slow. But like I said that was way back in the day. They also felt, right or wrong, that too many things depended on seniority.
