Every state is different but it usually has to be a couple of years difference. Even then, the parents have to pursue the charges.

Being pregnant, I decided to watch a show of it. And I saw the one with the two bigger people, which only pushed my desire to start P90X the minute I'm allowed to.
Anyway, after seeing bits and pieces of two shows, I decided that if these morons can do it, I can definitely handle it.

in some states in the south if they are under 18 i believe you have a 4 year window before it's considered statutory rape.

this show makes me feel better about my life.
ive laughed at them but i do feel bad for some of those kids. and i change the channel when they go in the delivery room. i just cant watch that.

The girl from Nebraska handled it the best. She actually did everything she could to take care of it. Asked her mom if she could help a little and she basically said no. I was more impressed on how she handled it than the others.
