For those that went, did you have to wait in line long, or was it easy to get tix through scalpers. Just wondering, in case I go next year.

I heard that tix were easy to find from people heading into the stadium for the last 3 games. I also saw lots of open seats, so that should mean something.

Did anyone purchase tickets from the ticket exchange on the CWS website?

Our friends in Omaha couldn't go to the final game and put their grandstand seats for sale here. I'm wondering if any LSU fans used this outlet to purchase tickets.

I had an xtra ticket for game 1 - got $40 for it. But for game 2, I couldn't give it away, there were literally dozens and dozens of tickets for sale at near or below face value, right at first pitch, people who couldnt sell them were just giving them away so they wouldn't miss the game

I bought tickets on game day for all 3 games.

Game 1: Had 2 at $30 each down the 1st base line, but those are crappy seats looking right into the sun and it was HOT... so I kept looking and got 2 great tickets for $25 each (below face) behind 3rd base. An LSU fan sold them to me and my son and I was glad. Turned around and sold those 1st base pair for $30 each and went it.

Game 2: Paid $75 each from a ticket broker midday so I would not have to look before the game. $75 each. In the grandstand behind home plate. I would up with 2 extra and couldn't give them away.

Game 3: Friend I was tailgating with had a local Omaha friend who couldn't come. Got 2 great seats about 8 rows off the field behind 3rd base for face value, $27.

Not many reserved flying around outside the stadium but easily avail on stubhub. We rode out GA for last ark game and all 3 champ games. GA tix were everywhere for $10 ea...prob is we had to get out there at 1pm each day to get close in left field...and let me tell u it was friggin HOT. With that said, GA is easily avail and we drove to Omaha ticketless and easily got tix. U have to stand in line forever though bec in theory they can sell unlimited GA tix...they just let in 5500 then they close it off.

waited in line for about 16 hours total to attend 3 games. It was worth it, but still didnt get ideal seats.

the system they use is horrible.

Easy. We got GA tickets up there, but I bought them ahead since it was the ship series. In hindsight, would have just waited.

Work the crowd, go early and later, we averaged 35/dollars a ticket for the final three games, three tickets/game. Sat under the grandstand, behind the LSU bench all three games. 2/3'rds way up, but great seats, just gotta work the crowd and don't buy from scalpers. They mostly sell crap seats.
