Not necessarily, but would like to be close. I am amzed that the housing market is so strong there. What are some of the better suburbs or should I just look tospend more?

I live in Geismar, so obviously I am biased.
Prairieville (next to Geismar), Gonzales, Zachary and Central would be my next choices.
