I am talking about supporting cast that steal their scenes. The ones that come to my mind are Val Kilmer in Tombstone and Jack Black in High Fidelity. Who are yours?

Cuba Gooding, Jr. in Jerry Maguire. Much more enjoyable than watching Tom Cruise.

I don't know if this really qualifies because it wasn't a real big part but I would say Rob Lowe in Thank You For Smoking.

Urban was great in that role.
I'd say Willem Dafoe's character made The Boondock Saints.
It's either between him or the funny man.

Wait, I have one more. The biggest scene stealer on the show IMO.

I know not many are Dane Cook fans, but in Waiting he stole every scene he was in.

Jeffrey Wright as Peoples Hernandez in Shaft, totally swept Christian Bale out of the way as the movie's memorable antagonist.
Don Cheadle as Mouse in Devil in a Blue Dress.
Edward Norton as Worm in Rounders.

Good one.
I'm guessing Brad Pitt's character in Snatch would be considered a supporting role, so I'll go with that one as my all time fave.

Sam Kinison in Back to School. Short scene but memorable.

Pretty much, Alan Rickman.
ETA: Sam Rockwell in Hitchicker's Guide to the Galaxy was a pretty scene stealing performance.
