Old Bay Seasoning

on shrimp? I think it is good every now and then but other times I think it is a poor substitute for crab boil.
What is your opinion?

Old Bay vs borques seafood boil it taste very similar, do ya'll agree?

I like it on shrimp, in my crab cake mix in shrimp salad and on grilled whole flounder.

When I was pregnant with my son I craved it on hot dogs with ketchup.

i find that to be one of the worst louisiana style seasoning blends i have tasted. I'll take Old Bay over that stuff any day.

It's not suppose to be used like crab boil. It is a seafood seasoning blend. I like it.

Correct. Marylanders do not boil crabs.

I love Old Bay and find that it's way better than Zatarains and Tony's. I find that it packs in a lot of great flavor without being too salty.

Its not a replacement for crab boil.. well maybe up north it is...

But I like and use old bay. I use it in a lot of seafood dishes..

Nobody boils crabs up north. Shrimp yes, crabs no.
