No, he's not. Very talented guys get picked in the NFL draft and not in the 7th round.

Jay Ratliff from the Cowboys comes to mind when thinking about Ricky Jean Francois. 7th round pick out of Auburn based on just size and speed. three years later he's a pro-bowler. Now who knows what red flags were on Ricky but there had to be some that weren't football related because this guy can dominate when he is on the field. He has first round talent. I wonder what else the NFL knew that we don't.

Terrell Davis was a 6th but I guess he had not talent either. Or Tom Brady. Or Marcus Colston.

Lets see,
*Skins drafted Chris Horton in the 7th. last year. He started 14 games finished with 72 tackles and 3 ints.

*Bills drafted Steve Johnson (KY) in the 7th., he had more yards and TD's than their 2nd. round draft choice.

*Browns drafted Alex Hall in the 7th. played enough after a switch to OLB. 19 tackles, 1 ff and 3 sacks.

*Colts in the 7th. got Jamey Richard, he started 7 games on the OL.

* Peyton Hillis some remember him out of Ark. Before being injured had around 350 yds. and 5 TD's.

FA's also make teams, two easy ones, former LSU players Randall "Blue" Gay and Ryan Clark.
