Blackened catfish filets, sauteed zucchini and onions, french bread and some red wine...yep, don't give a damn if it's fish...I like red wine.

found some leftover browned ground chuck (cooked down with fresh onions, garlic, and spices) in the frig. put that on some flat bread with shredded sharp cheddar. sliced tomatoes with salt/pepper on the side.
also had an ice cold Leinenkugel's honey weiss.
