How about taking a RB that isn't always going to be on the IR? Knowshon Moreno is the RB we should take!

Why in the world would we draft a player with the 14th pick who is going to get an avg of 5 carries a game? We are going to lead the league in passing and that means that we can be no better than around 15ish in rushing.
Draft someone who can contribute more like an OT, DE, DT FS, or CB with the 14th pick and draft one of the bigger lesser known backs in the 4 or 5 round. Like Bill Parcels always says you have to ignore how or where you got the player and make the best of him now that you have him.

Is someone going to start an NFL draft day thread? I am not worthy of such a job and would screw it up.

beanie = bust

definitely go defense. get a running back in round 2 or 3 at best. like mccoy, greene, or ringer.

do what the cowboys have done (since yall steal all their players anyway). barber and choice were not first rounders (4th's i think)

or just steal them away in free agency like always

By the way McShay said last night on ESPN that he has inside sources with the Saints who are saying that they are going Wells regardless of whos left on the board.

Yeah you bums go ahead and keep wishing for a FS/CB hybrid. I'll leave you with this statement:

"If you don't learn from history, you are doomed to repeat it".

we need defense
there are late round running backs in every draft

Wow, do not take Beanie or Moreno please! Go defensive and try to get Rashad Jennings later.

the only position that would likely see a lot of PT next year is FS, and i don't know if there are any good pure FS prospects worthy of 14

trade the pick, for a 1st rounder next year. Then we'll have two first rounders in the Eric Berry sweepstakes

people always forget too that Deuce could catch the ball out of the backfield and also pick up the blitz, on top of being a downhill runner. its not JUST about being 240 and falling forward, especially with the amount of times we throw the football a game.
