Treme keeps it real on Mardi Gras Day...that's all I am saying.
Speaking of, I drive through the Lower 9 the other day...all over it...there is maybe 100 people total living there...it is not scary at all...just vacant lots and Brad Pitt's houses he is building.
I miss the day when the Florida Ave. bridge connected the two worst neighborhoods in the city...back when Florida/Desire projects were next to each other and the Lower 9 kept it real.
