Was awesome! I heard it in on WWL 870 this morning. It was the most emotion from an LSU announcer that I had heard in awhile (not a knock on JH just that CH was super fired up). I know we ended up losing but damn that was awesome.

I think I even heard him throw a "YEAH YOU RIGHT!!" in at the end.

it was emotional.......but he also sounded like a 13 yr old girl......when his voice gets that high his man boobs take over.

and on next batter he pulled a JH by getting overly excited on ball he thought was leaving yard but it was caught in front of warning track.....

I'm not sure it matters. Some of these maggots are still pissed because he got the call wrong. There is no announcer on this planet good enough to call LSU sports. The fricking whining bitches, bitch no matter who the announcer is. I used to think it was just about Hawthorne, but its not. These idiots bitch about everyone. to all the whining bitches.

nope, your 3 were fricking bombs, like 450 ft bombs.
Ours were like 380 ft homers that turned into outs

I do too over CH. I was disappointed that Bill Frances isn't doing the games anymore.....it's Coogan now.

JH and Frances were really good.

Call on the home run was awesome. But the next batter, Hanigriff really let us down. I was celebrating already when the ball was caught at the front of the track.

I thought it was great. He went off just like any Tiger fan listening on the radio would have done.

"Now who wants to hear a good story about a bridge?"

I liked the emotion behind Hanigriff's call of the HR. He harped too much on the strike zone during the game, even if he was right.

I guess I'll just use my imagination since there is no link provided and I didn't hear the game in person. Than.... No...

Another poster stated it best:
