I bit on the low price at my office. Super low price, and he told me that two Internet Airs would give me fiber speeds. No ATT fiber yet at my office.
Told me they'd come back and set it up. Never showed even though the boxes came in two days later. Set it up myself and It totally sucked, no where close to fiber optic speeds.
So I canceled, and ATT said they would send return boxes with return numbers. Boxes never showed, ATT support told me to return them to UPS and it would be ok
Weeks later they said they never got them and they are charging me two fvcking grand! even though I have shipping receipts with UPS.
Customer support was rude, and after 15 minutes she testily told me I had to go to an ATT store to get it straightened out

They all suck pretty bad, but I’ve had similar very shitty experiences with AT&T customer support to where I’d never switch to them for Internet. They just came by offering me fiber for $60/mo vs the $75 I’m paying, but I can’t justify switching and having to deal with them again.

That's who I have and am very happy with. Fiber optic is running $330 a month for a business account. AT&T was gonna be a little over $100 for my cellphone plans, too, with discounts. So I wanted to switch till I ran into those lying cocksuckers.

FYI my ATT fiber sucks worse than my old internet. It’s not even close

Then there is something wrong with your, or ATT's, equipment. Fiber, by its very nature, is practically incapable of sucking, regardless of who serves it to you. If you give a bit more detail about what you're dealing with, we can try to help you pinpoint the problem so you know how to go about solving it
