Iran's Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said on Friday all seven recent claims by the US President are lies, and the us will fail in both war and negotiations.

Ghalibaf warned that with continued blockade, the strait of Hormuz will not remain open; shipping will follow only designated routes with Iran's permission, decided by field conditions not social media.

"The President of the United States made seven claims in one hour, all seven of which were false. They did not win the war with these lies, and they will certainly not get anywhere in negotiations either. With the continuation of the blockade, the Strait of Hormuz will not remain open," he posted on X.

It's going to be insufferable until the ink dries on a deal. And...there might not be a deal per say. We took over all of their shite.

No one knows who the frick Trump is negotiating with. Our frickING NAVY shut down all their trade. That is undisputable. Everything else is just noise and butthurt whining.

Wasn’t he a part of the crew that met in Islamabad, and Vance said we needed to meet with Iranians that could actually approve a deal?

I don't know what reality might be, but I note you are taking the word of an Iranian Parliament member as "truth".

No one knows, and that's the problem. There are clearly a couple, maybe more, factions within the Iranian regime. That is likely by design at this time.

What is pretty indisputable at this point is that Ghalibaf has been directly involved with negotiations since they first began. We tried to keep his identity secret, declining to confirm many reports — from valid and trusted sources — that he was the point man in those negotiations presumably to protect his wellbeing within the regime.

Vance's comments can be taken many different ways, and that ambiguity is intentional. The truth is that we, nor anyone else on the outside, don't know who is truly calling the shots. Ghalibaf has been the most vocal and forward facing and he's received little public pushback from other parties within the regime to this point.

I agree, Trump is saying all this to create infighting, he knows there is no deal to be made, just wants them fighting each other

Yup. He's likely working with Mossad on the ground to set up one of the factions as the successors. The others are about to find their universe really dangerous.

It's like they still haven't figured out that Mossad literally has a drone fixed on their foreheads at all times.

Oh well, next up!
