I'm heading down this weekend for a few days prior to a business trip. I mainly want to relax by the beach and pool, maybe go to the Sat morning market and visit the Salvador Dali museum.
What are some good casual restaurants and bars along the beach? I love seafood and don't want a fancy restaurant.
Are there some cute, historic areas for shopping?

Lots of seafood shacks in St Pete Beach.
Crabby Bills, Shrimpy’s and Fresco’s come to mind. Ted Peter’s famous smoked fish is a legit institution down here. A short trek to Frenchy’s in Clearwater is worth it too.

Bars
Ka'tiki on Treasure Island (Sunset beach), super laid back
Ricky T's on TI as well
Saltwater Hippie on Madeira beach is/was a great spot. They moved across the street a couple weeks ago and I haven't been yet so not sure if the vibes will be the same.
Conch Republic restaurant on Reddington beach is good, dependable for seafood
Take the beach trolley up and down the beach for transportation, get a day pass

Seconded. Their Rockaway Beach location is my favorite.

Interested in this one also.
Gonna spend a few days in mid May.
More so interested in beachfront lodging options.
Thanks
