We are the best team in baseball and we aren’t even close to full potential achieved on offense

I know there are some advanced stats that show Bummer is a good pitcher and just has "bad luck," but at what point do you say it isn't bad luck and you actually suck but there are no current metrics that can quantitatively show that you suck?
