Isn't Tulane's stadium off campus? I think that is why.

agreed, here's a suggestion, bring a flask, put it in your back pocket, buy a big coke, go to the bathroom and mix the two, or do what I did Fri Night sitting right behind one of the security people, brought a blanket for me and my gf, and was able to pour the whiskey in the coke under the blanket

because the stadium is not owned by the university.
