I dont understand... This season he has been almost unhittable, but has had problem with walks..
all of a sudden he is pounding the zone and giving up hit after hit...
its time for him to not be the Friday guy anymore.

The gameplay was to make ole miss hit strikes bc they strike out a ton and haven’t strung hits together this year. 32 pitches in first inning is not ideal.

He doesn’t have command of anything tonight. Fastball going everywhere. Seems like all the offspeed stuff (split/change/slider) is just fluttering up there. He’s missing over the heart of the plate way too much

I'm assuming LSU does not have a quality enough pitcher to face an OM lineup filled with LH power hitters. Evans wouldn't be much better than a Batting Practice pitcher on a strong pitching staff.
