NYT: Truth social loyalists revolted against Iran war

The people logging into Truth Social each day tend to count themselves among the most ardent supporters of President Trump and his MAGA movement. In recent weeks, though, even some in the echo chamber have turned against his actions in Iran.
Thousands of users on the social media platform, which Mr. Trump created in 2022, have responded to the president’s drumbeat of posts with a mix of frustration, disbelief and outrage.
They have written that they feel betrayed by the expanding war in Iran and ashamed when Mr. Trump used an expletive on Easter to make demands of the Iranian government. Some were so perplexed by his military interventions that one declared they “make zero sense.
The responses on Truth Social — numbering in the tens of thousands — offer a snapshot of a simmering criticism from the right that has intensified in recent weeks over Mr. Trump’s decision to go to war in Iran. While polling suggests that Republicans still broadly support the war, unease and anger are bubbling up on Mr. Trump’s own platform.
An analysis by The New York Times of more than 40,000 comments on Mr. Trump’s posts showed the depths of the discontent over the war.
More than half of those responding to Mr. Trump’s warning on Tuesday morning that Iran’s “whole civilization will die,” were deeply critical of his comments.
One user, who indicated on their profile page that they supported “President Trump 100%,” wrote that Mr. Trump had demonstrated a “lust for blood.” A “Trump loving conservative” wrote that such threats would destroy the president’s legacy. “I’m honestly heartbroken,” the user added.

NYT is busy assigning opinions to the public.

That’s a straight up lie.
No matter how much they want it to happen…it’s not going to happen.
Like Rush said…the harder they try, the stronger his base gets.

Lost in all this demonizing President Trump for plunging America into a war with Iran is "the Truth" that in the 10-point plan Iran proposed there is no mention that Iran has agreed to turn over their stockpile of 60% enriched uranium.
Iran has accumulated a significant stockpile of uranium enriched to 60% purity, which is a very short technical step from 90% weapons-grade, allowing for rapid weaponization within weeks. While 90% is the standard for weapons, 60% material is considered highly enriched and can be fashioned into nuclear weapons by converting it to metal (aka dirty bomb).
So how long would it take Iran to weaponize that 60% purity to 90% weapons grade? If you guessed two weeks you guessed right.
So as you anti-trumpsters howl and curse at Donald Trump remember this.....he may very well be saving your sorry arse from nuclear annihilation.
So what do we know now about Irans military capability? Well we know they have 60% purity uranium which can be brought to 90% weaponized relatively fast. We have underestimated the range capability of their IRBM (Intermediate Range Ballistic Missiles). Hint: lost in the MSM attempt to hide the danger from the electorate we hear news that Iran launched two of these IRBM's at Europe. One of the missiles failed, the other was shot down presumably by American THAAD or Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System.
Which brings me to speculate - have they (or are they near) put into service an ICBM range missile capable of reaching the shore of this country.....yet.
An Islamic Iran armed with a nuclear tipped ICBM changes everything.
That's why I pray for President Trump and for our country. You should too.

Trump said don’t worry about the uranium. He’s taking care of it.

The only way to secure that uranium? Boots on the ground. And myself and most of America is not favorable to that.
The Barook Obama / Joe Biden legacy still haunts us. They peddled a policy towards Iran best expressed as - we'll show those lunatic terrorist Iranians - we'll give'um what they want.
Elections have consequences - Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
