It is wild, absolutely wild, that people do not bother to understand DJT even after he has written a book that details how he operates.

They are consistently made to look like dumbasses and repeatedly fail to educate themselves as to why.

Are you suggesting something was accomplished in the last 24 hours that changed everything? If so what?

The obvious truth is that he gambled on regime change and it failed.

Not the end of the world, we could’ve backed off and said we’d accomplished our goals then left.

We didn’t because he thought they’d fold and the neocons had his ear telling him it would work out if he stayed the course. It didn’t.

So we were then stuck in a situation where the strait was closed, energy markets were on the verge of collapse and he either had to go full Armageddon on them or back off and to his credit he took the off-ramp.

But don’t pretend we accomplished anything of long term significance here at a cost of $80B dollars that’s to the benefit of the average American Trump voter because we didn’t.

The Chinese are going to replenish their missiles and are tied at the hip to the Iranian regime, they now get to charge for ships passing in the strait and unless reports are wrong the embargo is over.

None of that is what a win in Iran would look like.

Number one, the destruction of their Air Force. Number two, the destruction of their Navy. Number three, the severe diminishing of their missile launching capability. And number four, the destruction of their factory so they can't make more missiles and more drones to threaten us in the future.
