Actually she probably got busted for having a Vape pen. You have to be 21 in Texas to Vape unless you are on the military. Military is exempt for whatever reason.

That doesn’t even seem constitutional. It’s retarded.
If anything it should be the opposite. Why would you want your military doing unhealthy things? Those are the guys that actually need fo not be impaired
