Florida teen arrested and charged with murder after vultures were seen swarming around a suitcase with the body of a s*x offender inside.
28-year-old Colie Lee Daniel was reported missing for about a week.
The girlfriend of 19-year-old Lucas Jones says he told her that he "killed somebody and cut him up."
She said Jones told her he killed Daniel "because he was a s*x offender ... and he wanted to kill him."
The girlfriend says she doesn't know how her boyfriend and Daniel met, but says he "had printed a list of nearby s*x offenders."
Jones is currently charged with second-degree murder. He could face the death penalty if the charge is upgraded.
Detectives said that Jones "not only had the opportunity but made deliberate acts before, during, and after, which is indicative of his conscious decision to kill [Daniel]."
"I wouldn't be shocked, due to its heinous nature, if they have the plethora of evidence that they say that they do, that they don't seek the death penalty just based on the actual heinous nature of it."
Dude made a naughty list like Santa Clause

The reason why there is such a high recidivism rate amongst these freaks is because they know there aren’t real consequences for their actions. What they do permanently destroys a person. Often an innocent and defenseless young person that is permanently scarred for life and will never be the same. I don’t advocate for his killing. But I can bet that this young man either was the victim of a sexual predator, or knows someone that was, and feels as though the perpetrator never got served the proper punishment.

Dude printed a list of people and killed this dude for being a sex offender? I’m ignorant of the law but how the hell is that second degree murder and not first/premeditated?

Sounds like we should hire the dude for torturing sex offenders

If Florida is like LA, you have to kill a certain class of people (young, old, cops, politicians, judges, etc.) or do it in a certain way (ritualistic, terrorism, etc.) to get 1st degree murder.

Sex offenses have really long sentences and registration for long periods of time (up to life).

It appears the person he killed already served his time (by finding him via the registry). If he wanted to engage in vigilante justice, targeting someone who hadn't been prosecuted would have been the way to go (not that it wouldn't have similar legal consequences). He targeted someone who already paid their debt to society and, from the article, had no specific information that the sex offender was relapsing or engaging in new criminal activity.

Just put him in charge of the power on/off button of the industrial sized woodchipper. Let the machine do the work, lots of pedos out there, so little time.

Sex offenses have really long sentences and registration for long periods of time (up to life).
• Brock Turner (Stanford swimmer, 2016): Turner was convicted of three felony sexual assault counts for assaulting an unconscious woman behind a dumpster. The judge sentenced him to six months in county jail (he served three months) plus three years of probation, citing the “severe impact” a longer prison term would have on him and his youth/athletic status. He did not have to register as a sex offender in the initial framing some reports highlighted. The sentence sparked widespread outrage and contributed to the judge’s recall election. ?
• Stacey Dean Rambold (Montana teacher, 2013-2014): A 47-year-old teacher was convicted of raping a 14-year-old student (who later died by suicide during the case). The judge initially sentenced him to 30 days in jail, stating the victim was “as much in control of the situation” as the offender and that a longer sentence would not serve justice. Public backlash led to the sentence being overturned; he was later resentenced to 10 years (with some suspended). The initial ruling was heavily criticized as inappropriately lenient. ?
• Owen Labrie (New Hampshire prep school, 2015): Labrie was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl (a fellow student) as part of a “senior salute” game. He received a sentence criticized as light; he ultimately served minimal or no additional jail time after appeals and motions, with some reporting emphasizing probation or reduced consequences despite the conviction. The case drew parallels to other campus assault sentences seen as too lenient. ?
• Female teacher cases (various, e.g., Debra Lafave): In some instances involving female offenders abusing male minors, sentences have drawn criticism for leniency compared to male counterparts. Lafave (Florida, 2000s) faced charges for sexual acts with a 14-year-old student; she received 10 years of probation with no jail time (despite potential decades in prison), and probation was even interrupted for personal reasons like raising children. Similar patterns appeared in cases like those involving Mary Kay Letourneau or others, where probation or short terms were imposed despite repeated offenses. Studies and analyses have noted gender disparities in sentencing leniency for certain sex offenses.

According to the Indialantic Police affidavit (Case #2017-00000666), the offense occurred on or around January 11–12, 2017, when Daniel (then 19 and a student at Melbourne High School) took a 12-year-old boy (identified as A.L.) behind a closed business on Sixth Avenue in Indialantic, Florida. Daniel performed oral sex on the boy. He confessed to detectives on tape, stating, “I sucked his dick,” and admitted that he grabbed the boy’s arm and wrapped his arms around the child’s knees to prevent him from escaping. The boy cried and ran home afterward.
He was sentenced to 36 days in jail (time served) plus probation.
You know what, you’re exactly right. 36 days in jail is definitely enough punishment for such a heinous act. You are such a fricking loser. You actually defend this shite and say that 36 days enough to demonstrate he’s paid his debt to society. Gfy

Why you defending pedos? I think with how shitty and lenient our criminal justice system has been, we need more vigilante justice

They originally charge what they know they can prove right away to keep them in jail. As evidence comes in, they'll upgrade charges

Eat a bag of shite. No one cares what you call melty. You people are the problem. The phrase weak men create hard times perfectly defines you.
