Unfortunately if it makes sense and would fix a certain problem, they don’t want any part of it. So it’ll get shut down like the rest of the good ideas brought up to fix this shite show.

Really think he’s set an initiative to get congress off their asses and figure it out. He knows he doesn’t have authority but once he executes the order something has to move. Now it’s up to Congress to work it out or at least get the discussion going.

I like the rules that this suggests…. At least on the surface, 5 years to play 4, and 1 time transfer, sounds very reasonable to me.
I think it should remain 4 years of eligibility.

However, the president needs to do president things, not college sports things.
