According to Le Monde and the Telegraph.

France has been rewarded.

And if you don't think Europe will sell us out in any future conflict or challenge with China you are high on glue. They will choose China over us... in a second.

We need to get out of NATO.

Now.

These European douchebags are not our allies.

They just want us to spend our money to protect them so they don't have to spend their money.

We have a fundamental problem with the Europeans. We feel close to them as something like 80pct of us have european roots and live a quasi-european culture. We aspire to their luxury cars, their clothes, watches, sunglasses...

Yet the vast majority of white/euro people here in the state left europe because they didn't like how things were going and wanted something better. We rejected the kings and nobility and establishment and economics in search of a place with more opportunity and better rule of law.

I don't know who should be our allies, but the Europeans might not be the right ones. We rejected them for a reason when our people came here.

How will our economy function without rich people buying our goods?

We can't sustain our economy relying on poor countries like Venezuela and El Salvador.

And why are people shitting on Europe when we are the ones who went rogue without discussing this war with Europe?

Currently we seem closer in philosophy and economically with Japan, South Korea and Eastern Europe.

Western Europe has embraced socialism, mass migration and globalism while showing a longstanding willingness to sell out the provider of a good portion of their defenses. I don't think we can fully abandon them, but our relationship seems destined to be more distant.

And the war with Iran is globalism that Europe is opposing, FWIW

Because they’re nationalist knuckle draggers who believe the end of NATO would be a good thing for the US.

You can’t argue with someone that ignorant. It’s like trying to play tennis with someone who is terrible at tennis.

Per you not per reality, the reality is Iran has been funding and arming terrorists groups for decades and have attacked US troops repeatedly not some Jewry run amok. I would think someone with your “vast intelligence” would comprehend that

Without the sacrifice of hundreds of thousands of American men, they’d all be speaking German.

Or, without America rebuilding Europe through the Marshall Plan and maintaining the defense of Western Europe with American military force, they’d all be speaking Russian and living in shacks.

Correct, and Europe started both of those wars yet somehow we joined to help and rebuild them. SFP’s knowledge of history is impressive!!

I thought Cuba was next?

I guess it’s Cuba then Turkey.

Think we can convince the Kurds one more time that we’re their allies?

And?

Are you claiming IRAN is part of globalism?

Iran, Russia, and China are the 3 major opposition states to "globalism" (Venezuela and NK round out the top 5).

You have to REALLY change the definition to make Iran a proponent of "globalism"

Your defense is a world war from 70+ years ago?

Do you have an actual argument?

You would be surprised how often france is on opposite sides of fp issues with usa. To be honest, french perspective makes more sense outside of the bs with Haiti and West Africa. Even Biafra issue france was correct there.

Your post indicates a significant ignorance of temporal context and economics.
