it's not IQ.

Similar to 2017 Harden, he has found ways within the system that OKC is running to manipulate certain situations in the 2026 Basketball World to do certain things.

Players and Rules evolve over time. He is just doing what is available... it's not really a good watch nor does it make him an incredible player, he's not must watch TV...

but...

It stacks points, it help stack wins, and that is why he is successful.

I do believe OKC is a top 3 team without him so to say he is an "MVP", I simply do not believe that.

Go pull the Canada/USA film-stats and you'll find out plenty about SGA and Murray...

Do you realize basically every NBA legend who has commented on SGA's game disagrees with you? I'm taking the who's who of HOFers too.

Although I'm sure "longhorn22 from Tigerdroppings' MSB message board" has an opinion that matters more of course.

Also let's not this get in the way of them waving off his game winner for that "push-off"

He literally stiff armed him like he was Derrick Henry

Not a fan of the call but in the video you posted in slow motion you can see him quite literally push off the defender and extend his arm completely to get him off.

I love NBA casuals so much. Not disputing there was a slight push off.

But it happens quite frequently on drives, in every game.

I guess MJ's final shot in '98 shoulda been an offensive foul right?

So to clarify, since you’re not a fan of that call, you think offensive players should be allowed to stiff arm and shove immediately before a step back 3?

Jordan was going hard right with his shoulder dipped, had got past Russel and Russel was playing catchup at full speed, so MJ just used the defender to rebalance himself, gave him a minor push as he stopped on a dime and hit him with the cross over and Russel kept going. He didn’t shove him and make him go flying, Russel was moving too fast in a straight line and actually had his right hand on Jordan’s shoulder to slow him down when he hit him with it.

How are bringing up those guys unrelated?

The point is there are plenty of others doing exactly what SGA is doing and no one bats an eye.

The difference is he's the best player, on the best team, and therefore he's going to draw hatred.

Casuals wouldn't even know who he was if he played on the Hawks.

I think it's funny and love the hate.
