Palantir CEO offers hope for diminishing the power of leftist women:

The idea is pretty simple: roles often held by college-educated women, such as marketing and HR, will be restructured or automated. As AI takes over "generalized knowledge" jobs, Karp says economic value will shift toward vocationally trained "working-class, often male" roles like plumbers and electrician. Ever meet a female plumber?
The world may be healing.

Half those positions were never necessary.

At a brewery in Charleston SC, after lunch at J&W culinary school. She, despite the one arm tat, was slender, moderately effeminate, and fairly cute..
Probably plays for the other team though?

It turns out Engineers can work with almost no HR if AI is doing all the paperwork...
Management also a thing of the soon to be past.
Lotta people in do nothing roles are starting to feel their seat getting warm.

If we can use AI to rid ourselves of these "despicables" of which liberal white women and other demo's are a part of, then it could be useful technology.

Karp is no conservative. Far from it. I don't trust a thing he says.

Damn. There will be a lot more of them protesting now that they’ll have time on their hands. I hear protesting pays good wages these days.

Half those positions were never necessary.
However ..., not a single VP bit the dust. Abd IBM is exceedingly top heavy in VP's. At most companies, VPs are few and far between, with senior directors, directors, senior managers and managers, account reps and business development people below them. A lot of that is gone, now. AI like Claude is reducing and eliminating needs for hardware for cloud storage when an AI farm can do it for a lot less. IBM has some hurdles ahead of it.

Most of them need to be on their back.

Leftist women should get back to more traditional positions.

If he'd only come out against h1bs as Americans don't need to be competing against AI and imported workers.

And out of pity they will create new unnecessary positions for women.
