If you didnt realize that activist judges were gonna do this then you aren't real bright.
These guys will spend a year or 2 in prison and come out with 8 figures in the bank.

It makes sense for the federal government to start shifting any contracts in Minn to other states, the risk of fraud is just too high and after this judgment, can be argued that fraud is encouraged in the state.

The only "genuine remorse" he felt was that he was sloppy enough to get caught.

TBH a white guy would probably have only got 2 or 3 years.

This thread should be an interesting limus test. While I appreciate sites like LOTT and End Wokeness for exposing the left. Doing so without reporting the facts makes conservative press no better than CNN or MSNBC. This one is on Trump and should be reported accordingly.

Did anyone reimburse the funds?
Did the people who administer the program get charged and a day in court? That SOB is just as guilty by allowing it.

In Minnesota, there probably aren't many staunchly conservative judges. They either left the state long ago or can't get elected.

There is not one person on earth that knows every judge on a personal level.
Biden had been in government for 50 years and he most likely didn't know all of his appointments on a personal level.
This went from Nick is stupid and fraud doesn't exist, to okay fraud happened but no one will be prosecuted. People got prosecuted. This is Trump's fault!
You're damn right it's Trump's fault. Under Democrats this would have continued.

Why exactly would you spend time trying to explain this to a person you just called.
One sec, let me look it up. I want to quote you correctly.
